This single page allows you to exercise two different privacy rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and by similar U.S. state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others): (i) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and (ii) the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information. To exercise either or both of these rights, follow the instructions in Section 2 (sale/sharing) or Section 3 (sensitive personal information) below.

This page applies to Reinvest Safe (reinvestsafe.com) (the “Operator”). For more details on how we collect, use, and share information, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Why This Page Exists

California residents (and residents of certain other U.S. states) have the right to opt out of the “sale” and “sharing” of their personal information, and to limit the use of their “sensitive personal information.” This page provides a clear and accessible mechanism to exercise these rights, separately from the Privacy Policy.

2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

2.1 What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean

Under CCPA/CPRA, “sale” generally means the disclosure of personal information in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” generally means the disclosure of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, advertising based on your activity across unaffiliated websites or applications.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, when we deliver interest-based or programmatic advertising on our Services, certain personal information (for example, IP address, device identifiers, cookie IDs, browsing activity, approximate location derived from the IP) may be transmitted to third-party advertising networks, ad exchanges, supply-side platforms, and demand-side platforms (DSPs) that participate in real-time bidding (RTB). Where applicable law treats this transmission as “sharing” or “sale,” you have the right to opt out.

2.2 Categories of Personal Information We May Sell or Share

2.3 Categories of Recipients

When we share or sell, the recipients are advertising networks, ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), measurement and analytics providers, and authorized buyers that participate in real-time bidding. Examples: Google Ad Manager / AdX, Meta Audience Network, the TikTok Ads exchange, Microsoft / Xandr, OpenX, Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, and Criteo. These parties act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

2.4 How to Opt Out of Sale and Sharing

You have several methods to opt out:

Once you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and will instruct our advertising partners to do the same with respect to the browser/device or account associated with your request. Opting out does not stop all advertising — you may still see contextual ads that are not based on your prior behavior.

2.5 Effect of Clearing Cookies

If you opt out using a cookie-based mechanism (such as the footer link or the Privacy Settings panel) and you subsequently clear your browser cookies, you may need to opt out again. Opt-outs that you submit by email or postal mail are stored based on your account and are not affected by clearing cookies.

3. Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

3.1 What “Sensitive Personal Information” Means

Under the CPRA, “Sensitive Personal Information” (“SPI”) includes: government identifiers (SSN, driver’s license, state ID, passport); login or financial-account information combined with credentials; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; the contents of mail, email, and text messages other than those sent to us; genetic data; biometric data used for unique identification; health information; and information about sex life or sexual orientation.

3.2 Sensitive Personal Information We May Process

We do not seek to collect most categories of SPI. However, depending on the context, the following categories of SPI may be collected through our Services:

We do not knowingly collect: government IDs (SSN/ITIN numbers themselves), biometric data, precise GPS-level geolocation from device sensors, the contents of your private communications, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic data, health information, or information about sex life or sexual orientation.

3.3 What We Use SPI For

When we process SPI, we use it solely for the purposes permitted by the CPRA without the need for opt-in consent — namely: providing the Services you request; preventing security incidents and fraud; ensuring physical safety; short-term transient use; performing services on behalf of the business (such as customer support); verifying or maintaining the quality or safety of the Services; and the other limited purposes permitted by CCPA Regulations § 7027(m).

We do not use or disclose SPI for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, for cross-context behavioral advertising, or for other purposes that would require consent under the CPRA — unless we have obtained your explicit opt-in consent through the Consent Management Platform.

3.4 How to Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Once we receive your request, we will limit the use and disclosure of your SPI to the permitted purposes described in Section 3.3.

4. How We Verify Your Request

To protect your information, we will verify that you are the consumer (or an authorized agent) by comparing the identifying data you provide (such as email address, phone number, or recent interactions with our Services) against the records we maintain. For requests involving sensitive or higher-risk data, we may request additional information or use a third-party verification service. We will use the information you provide only to verify and respond to your request.

5. Authorized Agents

California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt out of sale or sharing or to limit the use of SPI. The agent must:

6. Your Other Privacy Rights

In addition to the rights described on this page, depending on your state of residence you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; delete it; correct inaccuracies; obtain a portable copy; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. For more details and to submit those requests, see Section 9 (“U.S. State Privacy Rights”) of our Privacy Policy or email contact@reinvestsafe.com.

7. Response Timelines and Appeals

We will confirm receipt of your verifiable request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, with an additional 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. Where required by law, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our response with the word “Appeal” and the details of your original request.
